Job Summary:
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 1–2 years of experience and a strong interest in UAV airframe and subsystem development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to mechanical design, CAD modeling, analysis, prototyping, and testing, along with a solid willingness to learn and contribute to multidisciplinary UAV development programs.
The candidate will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support the design, development, integration, testing, and continuous improvement of innovative UAV systems from concept through prototype and production.

Key Responsibilities:
Support multidisciplinary engineering activities across UAV design, development, integration, and testing.
Assist in the mechanical and structural design of UAV airframes, subsystems, mounting structures, and payload integration systems.
Create and maintain 3D CAD models, assemblies, detailed drawings, and engineering documentation using Fusion 360 and SolidWorks.
Perform and support FEA, stress, modal, and thermal analyses under the guidance of senior engineers.




Assist with CFD analysis to evaluate aerodynamic performance and airflow characteristics of UAV components.
Support the design and development of lightweight structures using carbon fiber composites, aluminum alloys, and other engineering materials.
Participate in prototype fabrication, assembly, integration, and testing using conventional manufacturing and additive manufacturing techniques.
Support ground and flight testing, collect test data, identify mechanical issues, and assist in implementing design improvements.
Work with manufacturing and supplier teams for custom components, machining, tooling, composites, and prototype fabrication.
Apply GD&T;, DFM/DFA principles, tolerance analysis, and design-for-manufacturing practices.
Prepare engineering drawings, BOMs, test reports, design documentation, and technical presentations.
