Role Overview
We're hiring a Visual Content & AI Creative Specialist, with 3 to 5 years of experience, to join our global marketing organization, based in India. This is a hands-on creative role with a strong focus on AI-native tools to produce professional-grade visual assets for a global B2B audience, with a solid focus on video, while also building the framework, templates, and guardrails that let the rest of the marketing team create simple assets themselves.

You'll work closely with campaign managers, product marketing, and regional teams across our global company, translating briefs into banners, social videos, explainer videos, product videos, eBooks, and other assets that are on-brand, consistent, and built for how a global audience consumes content.
Key Responsibilities

1 Drive video and visual content production
Plan, script, and produce short-form social videos, explainer videos, and product videos using AI-native creation and editing tools.
Design banners, advertisements, social graphics, eBooks,



and other campaign assets aligned with our brand guidelines.
Translate technical or product content into clear, engaging visual and video narratives for a global B2B audience.
Manage end-to-end production: concepting, scripting, AI generation, editing voiceover/captions, and final delivery across formats and channels.
Maintain a consistent visual and brand identity across all markets and regions we operate in.

2 Build a self-serve content framework
Design and document a simple, repeatable framework of templates, prompt libraries, style guides, and tools so marketers across the organization can create basic assets like image advertisements themselves.
Select, evaluate, and roll out AI creative tools that fit our brand, workflow, and budget.
Train and support marketing colleagues in using the framework and tools and maintain quality standards as adoption grows.
