Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Chennai. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities through inside sales activities, including outbound calls,



emails, and social outreach. The role involves researching target accounts, generating and nurturing leads, and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team. The individual will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging, follow up on campaigns, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. The position also requires maintaining a strong understanding of Korcomptenz’s solutions, tracking prospects through the sales funnel, and contributing to pipeline growth and revenue targets.
Qualifications
Robust inside sales and lead generation skills, with experience in prospecting and qualifying opportunities.
Proven sales and business development capabilities, including managing pipelines and meeting targets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport.
