Role Overview
ILA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Associate– CSR Partnerships & Sponsorships to lead and expand corporate collaborations.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing a structured CSR and sponsorship strategy, building strong corporate relationships, and driving funding partnerships that support ILA’s impactful initiatives.
The ideal candidate is strategic, target-oriented,



and confident in engaging senior corporate stakeholders to build long-term, value-driven partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR and sponsorship outreach strategy aligned with ILA’s objectives
Identify priority sectors, industries, and corporates aligned with ILA’s mission
Build and manage a robust partnership pipeline with defined revenue targets
Corporate Outreach & Relationship Management
Identify, approach, and engage CSR heads, sustainability leaders, and senior corporate decision-makers
Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate partners
Present ILA’s programs and initiatives in alignment with CSR mandates and ESG priorities
Proposal Development & Partnership Closure
Lead preparation of proposals, concept notes, pitch decks, and partnership documentation
Drive negotiations and support end-to-end partnership closures
