Role Summary:
Responsible for supervising and managing construction activities at site, ensuring quality work, timely execution, and adherence to project specifications and safety standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site execution and construction activities
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work
Maintain quality standards and ensure proper site safety practices
Check measurements and verify site work as per project requirements
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams
Monitor material usage and site inventory
Prepare daily progress reports and site updates
Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site




Ensure compliance with company standards and construction guidelines

Skills Required:
Knowledge of construction methods and site execution
Ability to read technical drawings and plans
Valuable problem-solving and coordination skills
Leadership and team management ability
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred

Qualification & Experience:
Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
Experience in real estate/construction industry preferred
