Summary:
KBR is seeking an experienced leader to establish and scale our Innovation Studio as the flagship delivery and customer engagement center for the INSITE portfolio.

This role combines executive customer engagement with operational leadership. The successful candidate will serve as the public face of the Innovation Studio for customer visits, executive briefings and technology demonstrations, while simultaneously building the delivery systems, team capability and operational excellence needed to scale INSITE deployments globally.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Digital,



this role is expected to become a key leadership position within the organization, driving growth, customer success, profitability and continuous improvement across the Innovation Studio.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who combines technical credibility, customer focus, commercial awareness and a passion for building high-performing teams. They thrive on making incremental improvements every day while laying the foundations for long-term scale.

Responsibilities:
Innovation Studio Leadership
Lead and grow the Innovation Studio into a world-class customer engagement and delivery organization.
Build and develop a multidisciplinary team, initially comprising 10-15 professionals, with responsibility for scaling the organization substantially as customer demand grows.
Establish a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, innovation and customer focus.
Develop operating models, governance, performance metrics and delivery standards
