Team Lead – Full Stack Developer leads the in-house software development team responsible for IgniteX.ai ERP development, SIVA ERP integration, and maintaining custom applications (Royal Task, CAD Tracker). Manages the complete software development lifecycle including sprint planning, code review, architecture, team development, and delivery co-ordination with Head IT and business stakeholders.

IgniteX.ai ERP Development Leadership
• Lead and manage sprint delivery for IgniteX.ai ERP development.
• Define sprint goals, assign tasks, and track delivery against plan.
• Ensure at least 90% of sprint stories are completed per iteration.
• Co-ordinate with Head IT and business on ERP requirements and priorities.
SIVA ERP & Application Management
• Oversee SIVA ERP development and integration activities.
• Review SIVA-related development tasks and ensure quality delivery.
• Plan SIVA integration milestones aligned with IgniteX.ai roadmap.
• Test and validate SIVA integrations before go-live.




Legacy Application Maintenance
• Ensure Royal Task and CAD Tracker are maintained with zero P1 production bugs.
• Plan monthly releases with bug fixes and minor enhancements.
• Review legacy app health with Head IT monthly.
• Manage team resources for legacy app support as needed.
Code Quality & Architecture
• Review 100% of pull requests before merge for all team members.
• Define and enforce coding standards, naming conventions, and architecture patterns.
• Conduct weekly code review sessions with the development team.
• Identify and address technical debt proactively.
Team Management & Development
• Lead, mentor, and support all developers: Nikita, Amman, Kunal, Aditya, and Dev.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Identify skill gaps and create learning plans for each team member.
• Facilitate monthly technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
