Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will manage a portfolio of client accounts, build long-term relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for all sales and service-related inquiries. Daily responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new leads, preparing proposals, negotiating pricing and contracts, and monitoring account performance to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.



The role involves coordinating closely with operations and customer service teams to resolve issues, track shipments, and optimize logistics solutions. The Sales Account Manager will also analyze sales data, provide regular reporting, and contribute to sales strategies that support revenue growth and client retention.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills to maintain and grow client relationships.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver clear updates to clients.
Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation and communication abilities to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and support sales pipeline development.
Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain services is highly beneficial.
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic data analysis tools to track accounts and report
