Role Description The Project Coordinator will oversee day-to-day project implementation, ensuring that activities are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with SFARD’s mission and partner expectations. This full-time,



on-site role based in Gyalshing involves coordinating field operations, supporting community-based interventions, and maintaining regular communication with project stakeholders, including partner agencies and local communities. The Project Coordinator will assist in planning work plans, monitoring progress against targets, and compiling reports and documentation required by donors and management. The role includes collecting and organizing project data, facilitating meetings and training sessions, and identifying operational challenges to propose practical solutions. The Project Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project resources are used effectively and that projects comply with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
Experience in project coordination or program management in the development or nonprofit sector, preferably with rural or community-based initiatives.
