Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the branch and ensuring smooth functioning of academic and administrative activities. The role involves supervising staff, managing schedules, coordinating with faculty, and ensuring high-quality service to learners and visitors. The Branch Manager will monitor enrollment targets, support marketing and outreach initiatives, handle budget and resource allocation, and maintain compliance with institute policies and local regulations. This position also requires resolving operational issues, handling escalations, preparing periodic reports for senior management, and fostering a positive, learner-centric environment. The Branch Manager will collaborate with central office teams and external partners to support growth, brand reputation, and productive branch performance.
Qualifications

Proven experience in branch management, center administration,



or operations leadership, preferably in education, training, or service-oriented industries.
Strong skills in people management, team supervision, and performance monitoring, with the ability to coach and motivate diverse staff members.
Competence in planning, organizing, and coordinating daily activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
Ability to handle customer service, learner support, and stakeholder communication with professionalism and empathy.
Comfort with basic financial oversight, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting to senior management.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Proficiency in common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email, and basic data management systems).
