Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for an Application Support Engineer.

FTE: full-time
Start: ASAP

What you’ll do:
Support on Pensions systems.
Strong technical awareness.
This person needs to understand the system well enough to know exactly what needs to be deployed, guide the Site Services team on tasks, and speak the same technical language when discussing issues with them.

What we’re looking for:
Windows Server:



Strong knowledge of administration, configuration, and maintenance (the entire MS-Pension environment runs on Windows Servers).
Database: Good knowledge of MS SQL Server (ability to manage, configure, and troubleshoot DB-related issues).
Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation (Runbooks, Disaster Recovery Plans, SOPs).
Solid understanding of deployment processes (managing releases, implementing changes/patches in test and production environments).
Familiarity with corporate IT procedures (Change Management, Incident Management - ideally someone who knows their way around ServiceNow).
