Job Responsibilities

Business Growth & Service Sales Leadership

Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve service orders, revenue, and profitability targets.

Drive growth of: Reliability Services, Predictive & Preventive Maintenance Programs, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC), Spindle Repair & Remanufacturing Services, Bearing Remanufacturing Services, Condition Monitoring Solutions, Asset Health Audits , Vibration Analysis Services, Lubrication Management Programs , On-site Maintenance Support Contracts

Increase service contract penetration within installed customer base.

Develop service offerings that improve equipment uptime, reliability, and total cost of ownership.

Drive strategic aftermarket growth through customer lifecycle
