Role Description The Account Manager at WAV Studio & Co. is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring smooth delivery of creative and production projects. In this role,



the Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understand their brand and communication objectives, and translate these into clear briefs for internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with creative, production, and print teams, tracking project timelines, managing budgets, and monitoring quality standards across multilingual, video, audio, studio, and print deliverables. The Account Manager will prepare proposals and presentations, support new business opportunities, and provide regular status updates and performance reports to clients. This role also involves proactively addressing issues, aligning stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
