Role Description The Group Key Account Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading and growing strategic client relationships across multiple key accounts. In this role, the individual will oversee day-to-day account management, serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, and ensure delivery of integrated marketing solutions aligned with client objectives.



Responsibilities include developing account plans, tracking performance against KPIs, coordinating with internal strategy, creative, and execution teams, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. The Group Key Account Manager will also manage account budgets, prepare business reviews and performance reports, resolve client issues promptly, and help drive long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills, including managing multiple stakeholders and complex, multi-brand relationships.
