? Role & Responsibilities

? End-to-end recruitment process (sourcing → screening → interview coordination → closure)
? Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Naukri, job portals & referrals
? Conduct initial candidate communication and basic technical screening
? Coordinate interviews with hiring managers / clients
? Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline




? Meet hiring targets within deadlines
? Maintain daily trackers, reports, and follow-up status
? Use ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools for efficient sourcing

? Who Can Apply?

✅ Candidates with 4–8 years of recruitment experience
✅ Experienced candidates must have exposure to US IT Staffing
✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Naukri, ATS (preferred)
✅ Self-motivated, energetic & eager to learn
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment workplace
