Sourcing Manager – Knit Garments
Location: Tirupur
We are looking for an experienced (minimum 10 years)



qualified from the Tirupur knit-garment buying house / buying agency industry to join us and build a strong network of reliable subcontract garment factories.
THE ROLE
Our business involves manufacturing knitted garments for customers in India and overseas.
For a part of our production, we provide fabric to smaller specialist factories in Tirupur, who undertake stitching, checking, finishing and packing or factories or who can execute yarn to pack orders. Order quantities can range from 1000 pcs to 10,000 pcs per style .
We are looking for someone who already knows this ecosystem well and can help us identify, evaluate and build long-term relationships with the right subcontract factories.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate would be someone who has previously:
• Headed or independently managed a small buying house / buying agency in Tirupur
• Sourced orders from customers in India, Europe and/or the USA
• Placed those orders with smaller knit-garment factories in Tirupur
• Worked extensively with factories
