We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a leading global energy infrastructure organization headquartered in Europe to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, project and corporate functions.

The role will involve partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers, developing effective sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines and ensuring timely closure of critical positions.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Drive recruitment across Engineering, Project Management, Tendering, Technology, Operations and Corporate functions.
Develop talent pipelines for niche and critical positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, networking and other channels.
Conduct candidate screening and initial assessment.
Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular recruitment updates.
Drive candidate engagement, offer management and negotiations.




Ensure a robust and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Conduct market mapping and competitor talent intelligence for critical positions.
Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness and hiring funnel.
Maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards.
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Collaborate with global TA/HR teams and international stakeholders on hiring projects.
Support strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives.

Candidate Profile:
13+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
Strong exposure to niche and mid-to-senior level hiring.
Excellent sourcing and market-mapping skills.
Strong communication, negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
