As a CCE, you will be the front-line representative for our company, handling
customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and offering
solutions to their queries. Your role is crucial in maintaining a high level of
customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and chats promptly and
professionally.
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and
policies.
* Assist customers with account-related issues, such as password resets and
account updates.
* Offer tailored solutions and recommendations to meet customer needs and
preferences.
* Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
for further assistance.
* Maintain a positive and friendly attitude throughout customer interactions.
* Ensure customer data privacy and security by adhering to company policies and
guidelines.
* Actively listen to customer feedback and suggestions to improve our services.




* Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure a
seamless experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
communicate effectively with diverse customers.
* A friendly and empathetic approach to customer service, with a focus on
building rapport.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and offer
creative solutions.
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other
relevant software.
* Basic knowledge of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry
is preferred.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service
or a related field is an asset.
