About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition skilled to take ownership of high-volume hiring and build strong talent pipelines for our growing workforce requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in volume hiring, proactive sourcing, competitor talent mapping, candidate engagement, and offer closures. This role requires someone who can work independently, move quickly, and consistently deliver against ambitious hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. High-Volume Hiring
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple hiring requirements.
Manage bulk hiring mandates and deliver candidates within defined timelines.
Build scalable and repeatable hiring processes for ongoing workforce requirements.
2. Talent Sourcing & Competitor Mapping
Identify and engage relevant talent from LinkedIn, job portals, databases, communities, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct proactive talent mapping across relevant companies and industries.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.




Develop targeted sourcing strategies based on hiring needs and market availability.
3. Candidate Engagement & Closure
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, availability, and role requirements.
Engage candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain a strong candidate experience.
Handle negotiations and drive candidates through offer acceptance and joining.
Maintain strong conversion rates across the recruitment funnel.
4. Recruitment Strategy & Execution
Develop sourcing strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets and short turnaround times.
Experiment with new sourcing channels and recruitment approaches.
Monitor hiring metrics such as source effectiveness, conversion rates, time-to-hire, and joining ratios.
Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve the recruitment process.
5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
