Role Description The Tele Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to prospective students, providing information about courses in animation, VFX, graphics, and media design, and guiding them through admission procedures.



The Tele Counsellor will follow up on inquiries, maintain call logs and student records, and support conversion of leads into admissions. Daily tasks include explaining course perks, addressing questions, scheduling counseling sessions or campus visits, and coordinating with the admissions and marketing teams. The role requires meeting set targets, maintaining a professional and supportive communication style, and representing the institute positively to all prospective learners and families.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken English and Hindi and the ability to explain information in a friendly, professional manner.
