Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with students and customers.
Follow up with prospective students/customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of student/customer requirements.
Participate in counselling, sales, business development, marketing, or customer engagement activities as required.
Learn about international education, study-abroad destinations, admission processes, and related services.
Achieve assigned performance objectives after completing the required training.
