The Role
We're hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to own and execute our end-to-end digital marketing strategy - from outbound lead generation to brand visibility - across the US and Caribbean markets. This isn't a "run some ads and post on LinkedIn" role. We need someone who thinks like a growth operator: strategic, tool-fluent, automation-first, and obsessed with measurable pipeline outcomes.




You'll be responsible for designing and running multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads for our IT services, ERP, and CRM offerings - while continuously optimizing using AI and automation to do more with less.

What You'll Do
Design and own the digital marketing strategy for an IT services company targeting the US and Caribbean markets
Run outbound prospecting and lead-gen campaigns using tools like Apollo, MeetAlfred, and LinkedIn outreach/Sales Navigator
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and other paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, etc.)
Build and manage multi-touch nurture sequences (email + LinkedIn + AI Generated Voice Calls + Text Messages + ads) aligned to the B2B IT services buying cycle
Apply AI automation and agentic AI workflows across the marketing funnel - lead sourcing, enrichment, personalization, sequencing, reporting - to scale output without scaling headcount
Own marketing analytics and reporting: track CAC, MQL/SQL conversion, pipeline con
