About Medleiz
Medleiz is a technology-enabled service platform delivering residential, commercial and property-related services across categories such as civil works, painting, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical, renovation, maintenance and other building services.
We are expanding our market presence and are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, market development and revenue growth.
About the Role
This is more than a conventional sales role. You will work closely with the Founder to identify opportunities, build relationships, develop strategic accounts and convert market opportunities into business.
We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in Civil Engineering, Construction, Facility Management, Building Materials, Property or Technical Sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire recent residential, commercial,



industrial and property-management clients.
• Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through field visits, networking, referrals and direct prospecting.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, service presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Build relationships with builders, contractors, civil engineers, architects, facility managers, property managers, apartment associations and business owners.
• Understand customer requirements and identify relevant Medleiz service opportunities across civil works, painting, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical, renovation and maintenance.
• Own the sales cycle from lead generation → meeting → requirement understanding → quotation → negotiation → closure → onboarding.
• Work closely with the Founder on market expansion, strategic partnerships and selected growth initiatives.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing and new business opportunities.
