About the Role
The BLUNT is looking for an Assistant Director Intern to help execute high-quality microdramas. This is a hands-on opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment, assisting with everything from planning to on-set execution.

Responsibilities
Assist the director in pre-production, shoot planning, and execution.
Coordinate with actors, crew, and production teams to ensure smooth workflows.
Manage scripts, shot lists, and maintain continuity.
Handle on-set logistics, from scheduling to scene setup.
Work closely with the editor to maintain the director’s vision in post-production.

What We’re Looking For
Passion for filmmaking and storytelling.




Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of script breakdowns and shot compositions.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to rapid-paced shoots.
Prior experience in short films, college projects, or assisting in video shoots is a plus.
