We are looking for a Research Associate with a solid interest in equity markets, financial modelling, and fundamental research to join our Institutional Equities team.

Sector: BFSI

Roles & Responsibilities:

Support the Lead Analyst in tracking companies, earnings, and key developments across the assigned sector.
Build and maintain financial models, earnings estimates, and valuation frameworks including DCF, P/E, P/B, and other relevant methodologies.
Assist in preparing research reports, earnings updates, sector views, and company-specific investment insights.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and key macroeconomic factors impacting the sector.
Participate in management interactions, earnings calls, and investor meetings; prepare meeting notes and supporting materials.
Maintain sector databases, financial trackers, valuation models, and regular company/industry updates.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 02 to 04 years of experience in the relevant sector is mandatory.
Education: CA / CFA / MBA
