1. Job Purpose
To lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function and provide accurate, timely and actionable financial insights to management for effective business decision-making.
The role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, MIS, variance analysis, profitability analysis, cash-flow planning and business performance management across the organization's equipment rental, sales and infrastructure operations.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Financial Planning & Budgeting
Lead the annual budgeting and business planning process.
Prepare annual operating plans, departmental budgets and financial targets.
Coordinate with Business, Operations, SCM, HR, Commercial and other departments for budget preparation.




Develop monthly and quarterly rolling forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against approved budgets and forecasts.
Identify financial risks, opportunities and deviations and recommend corrective actions.
B. Management Reporting & MIS
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual management MIS.
Develop management dashboards covering:
Revenue
EBITDA / EBIT
Gross Margin
Equipment Utilization
Rental Yield
Operating Cost
CAPEX
Working Capital
Receivables / Collections
Cash Flow
Present financial performance and key business insights to CFO / Management.
Provide meaningful commentary on business performance and key variances.
C. Financial Analysis & Business Performance
Analyze profitability by equipment, project, customer, location and business vertical.
Monitor equipment-wise revenue, operating cost and contribution margins.
Analyze rental rates, utilization and asset productivity.
