Role Description The Business Development Manager will lead growth initiatives for Cliniceo.app by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities with aesthetic clinics and related healthcare providers. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.



The role also involves building long-term client relationships, gathering market feedback, and collaborating with product and customer success teams to improve offerings and client satisfaction. This is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Delhi Area, requiring regular visits to client locations and participation in industry events.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within healthcare, medical technology, or SaaS environments.
Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals, with the ability to meet and exceed growth targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, including the capacity to tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders.
Solid understanding of clinic operations, healthcare workflows, or aesthetic practice management, with a keen interest in digital health
