Role Description The Assamese Educational Counselor will guide prospective and current learners in understanding INVESMATE’s capital market education programs, with a focus on Assamese-speaking audiences, in a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role involves counseling students and working professionals on suitable courses, explaining program structure, outcomes, and learning paths, and supporting them through admissions and onboarding. The counselor will conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions (in Assamese, as well as Hindi/English when needed), handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries via digital channels, and maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
