Role Description The Partnership Specialist, Founder's Office is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role focuses on identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships with agencies, ecosystem partners, and key Shopify stakeholders to drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth. The specialist will work closely with the founder and leadership team to research potential partners, conduct outreach, pitch collaboration opportunities, and negotiate win–win agreements.



Daily tasks include maintaining a partnership pipeline, coordinating joint campaigns or integrations, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports and insights for the Founder's Office. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure partners are enabled, informed, and aligned with Updatrr’s roadmap and value proposition.
Qualifications
Solid business development and partnership management skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and negotiation.
Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams.
Knowledge of SaaS, e-commerce (especially Shopify), and messaging or marketing automation tools is highly beneficial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear pitches, proposals, and partner-facing materials.
