The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and managing a robust sales pipeline, and conducting client meetings, site visits, and presentations to decision-makers in educational institutions, sports academies, corporate campuses, and government bodies. The Senior Business Development Executive will develop proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate with internal project, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless handover from sales to execution. Daily responsibilities include lead follow-up, account management of existing clients, market research, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or reporting tools. The role requires consistent on-ground engagement, relationship building, and participation in events or industry forums to strengthen the company’s presence in the region.
