Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the execution of precast concrete works at site, including receiving, handling, storage, lifting, erection, alignment, grouting, and completion activities. Ensure erection is carried out safely and in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications. Coordinate with design, production, logistics, subcontractors, and client teams to achieve project milestones. Monitor manpower, equipment, crane operations, and material availability to optimize productivity. Conduct quality inspections, maintain erection records, resolve site issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Track progress, prepare daily reports, and support project scheduling. Requires a Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with experience in precast construction, robust knowledge of erection methodologies, lifting plans, structural drawings, and site management skills.
