About the Role
Samayugma Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Specialist to manage and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing customers.
The role involves maintaining seamless communication throughout the customer journey—from initial inquiry and sales follow-ups to project onboarding, execution updates, and ongoing customer support.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely and qualified communication.
• Maintain and regularly update customer information, interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Track leads and ensure consistent follow-ups to support the sales team in converting prospects into projects.
• Coordinate with Sales, Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, and Site Execution teams for customer requirements and updates.




• Provide customers with relevant project progress, milestone, timeline, and deliverable updates.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain proper records of customer communication, commitments, feedback, and important discussions.
• Gather customer feedback at different stages of the project and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
• Prepare periodic CRM, follow-up, customer interaction, and satisfaction reports for management.
• Proactively identify communication gaps, pending actions, and potential customer experience issues.
• Support initiatives focused on improving customer satisfaction, engagement, referrals, and retention.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing, Customer Success, Sales Coo
