Role Description The Infrastructural Project Manager – Civil will oversee end-to-end planning, execution,



and delivery of civil infrastructure and construction projects in line with Aliens Group’s quality and innovation standards. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timelines, budgets, and specifications are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing project plans, monitoring site activities, managing risks, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, and conducting regular progress reviews. The role also includes preparing and reviewing technical documentation, tracking costs, and reporting project status to senior leadership. The Project Manager will drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes, resolving operational issues, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
