Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Kochi.



The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the training and enrollment lifecycle. The role involves guiding prospective learners through course options, explaining program benefits, coordinating admissions processes, and ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to completion. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with academic and operations teams to address learner needs, manage feedback, and support retention and referral initiatives. Daily tasks include counseling sessions, follow-ups via phone and digital channels, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and contributing to outreach events, seminars, and information sessions.
