About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused HR qualified to drive HR Process Excellence, Governance, and Strategic HR Initiatives across the organization. This role will work closely with HR Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve HR processes, establish governance frameworks, track OKRs, monitor key initiatives, and ensure successful execution of HR transformation programs. The individual will play a pivotal role in process improvement, stakeholder coordination, leadership reporting, and change management across multiple HR workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

HR Process Excellence & Program Management
Drive continuous improvement and standardization across HR processes and programs.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
Lead HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Develop governance frameworks, SOPs, project plans, timelines, and milestones.




Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and action items.

Drive and support initiatives related to:
Employee Engagement & Culture Programs
Performance Management Transformation
Talent Acquisition Initiatives
Learning & Development Programs
HR Technology & Automation Projects
Organizational Change & Restructuring Initiatives
HR Process Excellence Programs

OKR & Governance Management
Track HR OKRs, strategic priorities, and project milestones.
Prepare governance dashboards, leadership reports, and presentations.
Monitor KPIs and proactively highlight risks, delays, and dependencies.
Coordinate monthly and quarterly review meetings.
Drive accountability and closure of action items across HR functions.

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Business teams.
Facilitate governance meetings and ensure follow-through
