Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Sales Executive will identify and engage SME and MSME business owners, explain relevant financial products, and build strong relationships to drive new client acquisition. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, understanding funding requirements,



and coordinating with internal teams and partner institutions to move applications forward. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing basic proposals or documentation, following up on leads and existing clients, and meeting defined sales and conversion targets. The Sales Executive will also gather market feedback, maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, and support a positive, client-focused experience from initial contact through disbursement.
