Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Odisha, responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for Madeleine Floors within the assigned territory. This position includes managing relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and contractors, as well as identifying new business opportunities and executing territory sales plans.



The Area Sales Manager will conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and site meetings to showcase flooring solutions and provide consultative support. Daily responsibilities include tracking sales performance, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams for inventory and delivery, and ensuring consistent brand visibility through local marketing initiatives. The role also involves monitoring competitor activity, gathering market feedback, and contributing to pricing and promotional strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably in building materials, flooring, interiors, or related industries.
Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence dealers, distributors, architects, designers, and end customers.
