We are looking for a dependable, organised and proactive Office Executive to keep day-to-day office operations running without friction.

About the Role

This role is the operational backbone of the JP Nagar office. You will handle front-desk responsibilities, vendor coordination, administrative support for the leadership team, HR-related admin tasks and general office management. This sounds straightforward, but it requires someone who is genuinely organised, takes initiative without being asked, and understands that smooth office operations directly enable the entire team to perform better.

We are looking for someone who treats every task, whether it is ordering supplies or coordinating a visitor visit, with the same level of care and ownership.

What You Will Do

Manage the front desk and reception, greet visitors professionally, handle incoming calls and ensure the office workplace is presentable and welcoming at all times
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, equipment maintenance, housekeeping, internet, printing and other facility requirements, maintaining a running inventory and reordering proactively
Provide administrative and scheduling support to the leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel bookings, accommodation and local logistics
Assist the HR team with new joining formalities, employee documentation, access card issuance, onboarding coordination and maintenance of employee records
Handle courier and dispatch management, including receiving, sorting and sending physical documents, and tracking important del
