Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Cum Purchase Executive to strengthen our procurement and vendor network. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching new clients and vendors for sourcing E-Waste and Used Batteries for recycling operations. This role involves business development, vendor relationship management, procurement coordination, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, approach, and onboard new vendors and clients for Lithium Ion battery scrap procurement. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recyclers, industries, and scrap suppliers.
* Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and market research.
* Negotiate pricing, commercial terms,



and procurement agreements with vendors.
* Coordinate with internal teams for purchase orders, material collection, and timely deliveries.
* Conduct vendor meetings and travel for sourcing and business development activities.
* Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and follow-up reports.
* Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to identify sourcing opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and documentation requirements.
* Support purchase planning and inventory requirements as assigned.

Candidate Profile

* 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with a strong learning attitude are welcome).
* Valuable communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Confidence in meeting clients and developing new vendor relationships.
* Basic understanding of procurement, sourcing, sales, or purchase processes.
* Willingness to travel extensively for vendor meetings and sourcing activit
