Wahl India, a subsidiary of Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented and results-driven individual to join us as Sr. Business Development Executive - Professional Division, based in Delhi.

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager - North

Responsibilities:

Manage and generate business from salons, wholesale counters, retail outlets every month and recruit more such potential salons/wholesalers/retailers.
Generate and expand the business from existing , new distributors and Key accounts.
Actively manage and grow the business to the market potential.
Responsible for delivering primary, secondary and collection targets for the assigned area month on month.
Maximize product mix selling and increase the revenue growth. New product distribution and development in the designated areas.
Daily sales reporting and strategic analysis of reports to identify the gaps.
Responsible for developing and sustaining long-term relationship with customers
Network with related businesses and foster B2B




Regularly conduct educational programs in the assigned territory.
Maximize sales by appointing AWD's (Active Working Distributors) in remote areas.
Manage marketing campaigns, branding, promotions and other BTL activities in designated areas.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant sales experience.
Proven experience in direct sales, preferably within the salon, professional beauty, FMCD, FMCG, electronics or related sectors.
Robust understanding of distribution-led sales and territory management.
Established distribution network and relationships with salons, cosmetic counters, professional retail outlets, wholesalers and distributors.
Experience in the salon and cosmetics/professional beauty industry with established relationships in the salon and professional trade will be highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to achieve primary, secondary and collection targets.
