Affiliate Account Manager - Lead Gen + Mobile (Remote)
Tenx Ads is a fast-growing ad-tech company running performance (CPI/CPA/CPL), programmatic/CTV, and search. We're scaling our affiliate network across CPL lead gen (home services, insurance, loans) and mobile (CPI/CPA), and we need an experienced account manager to grow it with us.
The best version of this hire brings their own book - publishers (and advertisers) they can activate on day one - and knows how to keep partners happy, converting, and scaling. You'll take real accounts off our current team and add new business of your own.

You'll be responsible for
Revenue, partners relationships and business development.
Onboard, manage and OWN publishers and advertisers across CPL and mobile CPI CPA: match them to the right offers, keep them converting quality, grow, repeat.
Platform and product feedbacks for improvement
Spot new advertiser / offers opportunities and bring them in.

Must-haves
3+ years as an affiliate / account manager at an ad network or performance agency.
An existing portfolio of publishers(and ideally advertisers)



you can turn on quickly - tell us the size and the verticals / geos.
Fluent in CPL + mobile (CPI/CPA): offer-publisher matching, caps, approvals, traffic quality.
Proactive, owner's mentality, growth mindset striving for more, always.
Excellent English communication. You reply fast and you don't drop threads
High organization and execution skills, you hardly miss .

Nice-to-have
Direct advertiser relationships in mobile apps and CPL.
Experience with Affise / Everflow, and reading MMP data (AppsFlyer / Adjust).
Comfort building simple offer sheets and keeping trackers tidy.

First 90 days (what valuable looks like)
Your publishers activated and converting on our offers.
A growing set of publishers live (we'll set 30/60/90 targets together) and new advertisers / offers added.
A clean set of accounts fully owned by you, so our senior team has shed the load.
