Nucleus is looking for a commercially minded Lead Generation Executive to join our Business Development team.
This is a fully remote position based in India, working as part of an international business and supporting the development of new business opportunities.
We are looking for someone who combines strong research skills with commercial judgement. This is not simply a high-volume prospecting role. We want someone who can research businesses intelligently, identify relevant opportunities and produce high-quality leads for our Business Development team.
What you’ll do
You will:
Research and identify companies that fit Nucleus’s target client profile.
Identify appropriate senior decision-makers within prospective organisations.
Research and assess potential business opportunities using reliable commercial information.
Qualify prospective leads against agreed Nucleus criteria.
Support the Business Development team with high-quality prospect research and lead generation.
Maintain accurate prospect and activity information within our systems.
Work to agreed individual and team lead-generation targets.
Continuously improve the quality and relevance of prospects identified.
What we’re looking for
You should have:
Robust online and company research skills.
Good commercial judgement and curiosity.
Excellent attention to detail.
A good understanding of English is essential
Confidence researching companies and senior decision-makers.
Experience using LinkedIn and other professional research tools.
The ability to work independently and take ownership in a remote environment.
A proactive, accountable and results-focused approach.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems would be advantageous. Previous experience in B2B lead generation, sales research, market research or business development would be advantageous, but is not essential.
