Responsibilties:

Handle day-to-day accounting & maintain financial records.
Manage cash inflow & outflow, petty cash, payments, and receipts.
Prepare & maintain Bill of Materials (BOM)



and track material-related costs.
Maintain purchase bills, invoices, vendor payments, and expense records.
Track & manage online subscriptions and recurring payments.
Coordinate with the manufacturing unit for material, purchase & expense records.
Assist with basic bank reconciliation & financial reporting.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts-related records.
Coordinate with customers for surveys and sales-related activities when required.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
Prior experience in a manufacturing unit is preferred.
Good knowledge of accounting, Excel, and basic bookkeeping.
Experience handling cash transactions and financial records.
Good communication, coordination & organizational skills.
Comfortable working in both an office and manufacturing environment.
