Position Summary
The Team Lead will own end-to-end operations of the Employee Referral program, driving referral volume, quality, and conversion while ensuring accurate and timely referral bonus processing. This role requires a blend of operational discipline, stakeholder management, communication skills, and people leadership to run a high-performing referral team that supports Infosys BPM hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Referral Profile Management
- Screen and validate employee referral profiles against defined business/role requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of validated profiles to recruiters, minimizing turnaround time.
2. Team & Workload Management
- Manage RAP task allocations and calling allocations across the team to optimize productivity.
- Plan and prioritize daily/weekly workload distribution to maximize candidate outreach and profile conversion.




- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and support to improve output quality.
3. Campaigns & Employee Engagement
- Design and publish recruitment advertisements, mailers, carousel posts, and promotional campaigns to drive referral participation.
- Plan and execute monthly floor walks, awareness sessions, and engagement programs across business units to boost referral culture.
- Act as the go-to point of contact for employees seeking guidance on referral processes, candidate status, policies, and bonus eligibility.
4. Referral Bonus Processing
- Manage end-to-end Employee Referral Bonus (ERB) processing for both Infosys BPM and Infosys Limited employees.
- Ensure accuracy of eligibility checks, approvals, and timely disbursement of payouts in line with policy.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare, consolidate, and publish key operational reports on a regular cadence, including:
- Utilization Reports
- Attend
