About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager & Senior Business Analyst who can combine product strategy with robust execution discipline.
This is a hands-on role responsible for shaping product direction,



translating business objectives into actionable requirements, driving roadmap execution, establishing strong product governance, and providing clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
The role will work closely with business leaders, customers, SMEs, engineering, UX, QA, and the Embrace AI Group to modernize existing platforms and identify opportunities for AI-powered automation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and maintain product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps aligned with business and customer objectives.
Translate strategic goals into measurable product initiatives and delivery plans.
Balance customer needs, modernization, technical debt, compliance, growth opportunities, and innovation.
Evaluate opportunities based on customer value, business impact, effort, risk, and strategic alignment.
