Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for managing client relationships and supporting sales growth for Needha Gold’s jewelry products. On a day-to-day basis, the role includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating order processing with the production team. The Account Executive will maintain accurate sales records, follow up on payments, and provide regular updates and reports to management.



This role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, resolving client issues, and representing the company professionally in meetings and industry interactions.
Qualifications

Proven skills in client relationship management, account servicing, and customer support.
Experience in sales, business development, or commercial operations, preferably in manufacturing or jewelry-related sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Competence in basic financial understanding, order tracking, and documentation using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM software).
Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional
