About the Role
We are looking for a Digital & Performance Marketing Manager to drive online growth, customer acquisition, and revenue through data-driven digital marketing strategies, with a robust focus on performance marketing.

Yours Responsibilities:

Media Planning & Campaign Management
Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies across digital and offline channels
Manage campaigns, vendors, and media buying while tracking performance KPIs
Optimize budget allocation for maximum ROI
Performance Marketing
Plan and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and Flipkart
Drive ROI using defined KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS,



CAC)
Digital Growth & Acquisition
Build full-funnel strategies for traffic, conversions, and retention
Scale D2C and e-commerce growth through paid and organic channels
Campaign Optimization & Analytics
Monitor campaigns using analytics tools and optimize continuously
Conduct A/B testing and derive actionable insights
E-commerce & Marketplace Marketing
Manage paid campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces
Optimize product visibility, keywords, and conversion rates
SEO & Content Marketing
Lead SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and rankings
Collaborate with content teams on engagement initiatives
Team & Agency Management
Lead internal teams and external agencies to drive execution
Ensure alignment with brand and business objectives
Budgeting & Reporting
Own digital budgets and provide leadership-level reporting
Deliver insights and strategic recommendations
