Role Description The Quantitative Financial Data Analyst will work on-site in Chandigarh in a full-time capacity, supporting data-driven decision-making for the agency’s operations and client projects. Responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and organizing financial and operational data from multiple sources, and building structured datasets for analysis. The role involves performing quantitative data analysis, developing financial models, and preparing reports and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators,



revenue trends, and cost drivers. The analyst will collaborate with leadership, finance, and strategy teams to provide insights on pricing, profitability, budget planning, and ROI for digital initiatives. Day-to-day tasks also include monitoring data quality, documenting methodologies, and continuously improving analytical processes and tools.
Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in data analytics and data analysis techniques, including working with spreadsheets, databases, and data visualization tools.
