Role Description The Senior Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading sales operations within an assigned territory. This role includes managing and expanding a network of distributors and retail partners, achieving sales targets, and driving growth for ready-to-eat product lines. The Senior Area Sales Manager will plan and execute area-level sales strategies, monitor market trends and competitor activity,



and identify opportunities for new placements and promotions. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting key accounts, mentoring and supervising field sales teams, tracking performance through regular reporting, and coordinating closely with marketing, supply chain, and production teams to ensure product availability and smooth execution of sales plans. The role also involves maintaining robust relationships with trade partners, addressing customer issues promptly, and representing the brand at local events or trade activations.
Qualifications

Proven experience in FMCG or food products sales management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding area sales targets.
Skills in territory planning, channel management, and distributor/retailer relationship building.
