As we expand our footprint, we are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager – Investment Banking to drive business development initiatives and build relationships with companies seeking debt and equity funding.
Role Summary
This is a high-impact, target-driven role focused on originating current business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying companies with funding requirements, engaging with business owners and key decision-makers,



qualifying opportunities, and generating mandates for our corporate finance advisory team.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy consultative B2B sales, relationship building, and working in a performance-oriented environment with significant earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach SMEs, mid-market companies, and growth-stage businesses with debt or equity funding requirements.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, digital prospecting, and strategic partnerships.
Build relationships with Promoters, Founders, CEOs, CFOs, and Finance Heads.
Understand clients' business models and capital requirements.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and the advisory team.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM records.
Consistently achieve monthly lead generation and business development target
